The project extends the existing house by adding a storey to the building. A new roof was built by raising the ridge 4m above the original one. This creates a new space incorporating a living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a mezzanine office.

Facing south-east, the project closes the volume with a large glass window in the manner of a greenhouse that provides it with a great deal of light and turns it into an almost bioclimatic flat. This large window gives way to a large terrace of 18m2.

The lower floor is converted into a night area with different rooms, a bathroom and access to the flat.
