In mid-2014, the City Council of Amurrio (Álava) put out to competition the design of the roof of the San Antón park with the aim of expanding the covered space that would serve as a shelter for the weekly market and activate the area.
COMPETITION: ROOF PROJECT
Following the design strategy used in previous competitions by ONYON, we proposed a semi-transparent roof using tree-shaped steel pillars finished with etfe sheets.
The project was selected among the five best proposals.
