Once the demolitions were completed and the house was empty, we found a rectangular floor plan with a 3.5-metre-high ceiling built with a ceramic revoltón vault floor slab.

In order to give prominence to the ceiling and favour both the penetration of natural light and good cross ventilation of the house, none of the walls of the house reach the ceiling. The dividing walls reach a maximum height of 2.35m. The space between the head of the walls and the ceramic ceiling is painted charcoal blue. This space between the head of the walls (and the false ceilings) and the upper ceramic slab is used for the indirect lighting of the house.

The general layout of the house is very open spaces where the day area (living room, dining room, kitchen) opens onto a small terrace outside.
