Initially, it was a relatively small and very subdivided house. Once the complete demolition of the interior had been completed, it was decided to enhance the living-dining room and kitchen space with an ‘open-plan’ kitchen integrated into the main space. The study or guest room is located right at the entrance to the dwelling. Finally, in the back part of the living room-kitchen is a block with the master bedroom and bathroom accessed via a small corridor.

The proposal recovers the existing concrete structure to give character to the public space.
