This small multi-purpose building located in the Alzola neighbourhood of Elgoibar was in a state of semi-ruin. Through the renovation carried out, the exterior of the building was rehabilitated, maintaining its original character and the interior was completely modified, creating a large single space that can be divided into compartments using movable partitions and curtains that provide privacy to each space.

A palette of basic materials such as concrete, plasterboard or paint was used to create the container and textures (tiling and fabrics) and colours were used in the finishes to provide the building’s own character that will also define its interior.
