Conversion project of an attic in the old quarter of Bilbao, originally used as a storage room, adapting and refurbishing it for use as a home.

The original state of the attic was almost ruinous, with the structure and the wooden roof in very poor condition. The budget for the renovation was minimal.

The aim of the project is to make maximum use of the existing 29 m2 of usable space. A large open space combining the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom area is proposed. The minimum height space under the roof is used to design mobile furniture for storage.
