The main volume of the house is implanted on one of the stone terraces. The volume overhangs a few meters over the bench in order to generate a covered shaded area.

In the thickness of the bench, an area of rooms is designed that receive frontal light through the windows located in the bench. This maximizes the buildable area of the house.

The distribution of the house is made around two patios-terraces. One oriented to the south and the other to the east. The daytime functions are grouped around these two patios in order to make the most of each one in all seasons and times of the day.

The south-facing terrace overlooks a large swimming pool located in a landscaped setting.
