The floor plan of the house had a certain complexity. The main spaces faced the main façade and the rest were distributed around a large courtyard. The difficulty did not lie in obtaining natural light, but in achieving an orderly and coherent sequence of spaces. Since the existence of a corridor seemed inevitable, the aim was to try to make the most of it by turning it into a ‘living space’.

In terms of materials, simple but quality materials were chosen. A natural wood floating floor suitable for underfloor heating in the main spaces, ceramic and micro-cement in the bathrooms. The lighting is resolved by means of indirect light in the coffers, recessed spotlights in false ceilings and wall lights in key points of the home. ??????? All with LED luminaires.
