The project was born with a clear objective: to design a 120 m2 house with minimum construction price ratios, well below the average ratios for this type of project, and all this while achieving a high standard of comfort. The challenge was met by carefully studying the shape, volume, circulation, installations and each element that make up the house with the aim of obtaining maximum economic efficiency.

A rectangular house is proposed on the ground floor, with a clear differentiation between night and day uses. The wooden roof inclined at a slope determined by municipal regulations gives personality to the interior and allows for future extension by means of a mezzanine in the highest area.

The finishes are basic. On the outside, the façade is finished with a water-repellent mortar manually textured with a trowel and rake.
