The house is divided into three rectangular volumes of different sizes in both plan and section, which direct the user from the entrance to the plot to the views available to the south.

The gabled roofs, large window openings and simplified profile characterize the construction.

The main spaces of the house (the large space consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen and the master bedroom suite) face south. The hall, the guest room, the second bathroom, the laundry room and the garage are located at the back of the house.

The outdoor spaces such as the dining room under the porch, the pool and the large garden make the complex a place of enjoyment both on cold winter days and on hot summer days.
