Design of a single-family house with a new swimming pool in an olive grove in Villar del Arzobispo, Valencia.

The main volume of the house is implanted transversally to the slope, taking advantage of the difference in height of the terraces of the land to generate covered spaces, shaded and maximizing the built area on the plot.

The road access follows a masonry wall built in the form of a bench that borders the pool. The parking is located under the covered space with more height, from there you can access a staircase at the rear, which gives access to the second floor. A first terrace gives access to the hall of the house and the kitchen-bar.

To the left of the hall is the volume of the living room, made at double height. A mezzanine used as an office is located above the hall. To the right of the hall, there is a huge kitchen-bar (there is no dining room) that shares a large south-facing terrace with the library. From there, through a small SAS, is the master bedroom, also at double height. In the thickness of the lower bench, a couple of additional rooms are implanted.

The windows of each space are positioned to capture a different view of the landscape that is spectacular.
