The purpose of the project is to carry out a feasibility study to understand the number of homes that can be built on a privileged plot of land in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

This 8,500 m² office project, entirely built in wood except for the foundations, aims to be one of the first ENERGY Zero office buildings, ensuring carbon neutrality. By using biosourced materials and a design that maximizes solar gain in winter while minimizing heat gain in summer, the building will be energy-positive. The subtle interplay of light and shadow throughout the spaces creates a unique ambiance, enhancing the well-being of its occupants. The design frees up diagonals to maximize the sense of space while maintaining a warm and inviting work environment. The alternation between interior and exterior volumes offers a dynamic spatial experience, balancing stimulation and calmness of the mind. This project represents a significant step forward in sustainable construction and contemporary design.
